PSU Taps Pewaukee-Native, Jeff Jasinowski as President

Pewaukee Sussex United (PSU), has selected a new President to help lead their club starting in the 2023 season. Pewaukee native Jeff Jasinowski will begin as president of the club effective immediately, just in time for the Fall soccer season.

Jeff is a well known, involved member of the Lake Country community. He has been involved with the Pewaukee Water Ski Team the last two years, a member of local cycling crew Team Serpentijn, and as a coach with PSU for the past six years. Jeff’s local involvement, connections, and energy is what drew PSU Owner and CEO Lati Ziba to hire Jasinowski for the role. PSU is making changes to its leadership team to position the club for future success. “Soccer in America is starting to grow faster than expected,” said Ziba. “The Messi signing with Inter Miami, a MLS club, has created a paradigm shift in this country, and there is so much more focus on the game now.” Ziba trusts Jasinowski as a leader who can help position the club for continued growth and score on the increased focus on soccer in the U.S. and the Milwaukee area.

Jasinowski is ready to create the best possible soccer experience for players and parents in Lake Country by doubling down on recent U.S. and local soccer tailwinds. He plans to integrate this culture community-wide, so that soccer becomes a staple of Lake Country athletics and that kids continue to develop even after their time with PSU.

The PSU soccer club prides itself on a player-first offering, focusing on passion, skill, and character building of all players within the league. The club is on track with their current tactics and operations, yet additionally create new paths in the ways in which coaches coach, as well as communicate with and develop all club athletes.

Jasinowski is a long-standing coach and member of the club. He has three children who participate in all levels of club programming and teams, including micros, academy, and select. He looks forward to executing the vision of a ‘player first’ soccer club, as well as assisting coaches to instill the passion, skill, character motto the club emphasizes. Jasinowski’s positive outlook, love and respect for the game, and dedication to the club all correspond to his, “excitement for making the soccer experience for parents, coaches, and players alike that much stronger” and of course, “UNITED!”
