Igniting the

Our High School Select program prepares players for varsity and college-level play. Players in this program receive high-level instruction on all elements and phases of the game including:

  1. The interaction between individual talent, teamwork, and strategy
  2. How to trust their instincts based on the situation while also respecting the game plan
  3. Recognizing their roles based on various elements of the game
  4. Working together as a team to gain advantage over the opponent in all areas of the field
  5. Key principles of possession-style soccer
  6. How to develop a pre-competition routine
  7. How to utilize fundamental aspects of all team sports (communication, sportsmanship, leadership, effort, etc.) to be successful in any team environment

High School Select teams are led by PSU’s highly experienced and licensed coaches who are passionate about elevating our players’ technical abilities and tactical understanding of the game.

Expectations are high in PSU’s High School Select program and the program is difficult at times. Therefore, it isn’t a good fit for everyone. However, players who go through the program will receive a rewarding experience that will set players up well for wherever their soccer journey – or life journey – may take them.

Determining "U" Level

street soccer

In our Street Soccer program, players have the opportunity to create their own teams, make their own calls, and unconsciously develop their technical and tactical awareness–all while expressing themselves with the ball at their feet. We believe players should be able to manage themselves and have the freedom to play, interact, problem-solve, innovate, and take ownership of their participation in the game. Teams are created the day of to promote diversity, and games are played without referees to reinforce positive conflict resolution techniques. Our I-Mentor coaches will supervise each field making sure that players and facilities are safe while maintaining a fun and challenging environment.

PSU’s Street Soccer is open to all 9U to 19U players. Our Old School Street Soccer is open to any parent, soccer coach, and their significant others. Bring the whole family!
