At Pewaukee Sussex United, we provide opportunities for both parents and players to help out in different areas across the Club.
While parents typically provide assistance coaching players and managing teams, we try to give as many of our other opportunities to our players as part of our I-Mentor program. In this way, players receive real-world work experience under the mentorship of Club leaders, helping them develop skills that support each player’s long-term success. Current opportunities are included below.

The Athletic Fields Groundskeeper is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving fields at various parks.
Recreational Manager
The Recreational Manager is responsible for the “on the ground” work required to run our 9U-15U recreational program in a way that creates the best possible experience for players, coaches,

Designed to identify general feelings, perceptions, thoughts, etc. of Club activities, changes, & initiatives.
